Delivery time
Basically we keep any products on stock. Non-stock articles are marked accordingly on the referring product page. If an article is not available in the desired number, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Insured DHL shipping to Germany, Europe and worldwide
Orders of stock articles are shipped with as an insured DHL parcel the next day.
Returns and warranty claims
Articles which are covered by our Money-back-warranty or if an article needs to be returned for warranty repair, shall be returned prepaid. In case of an effective warranty case please contact us for the return of your shipping costs.
Cash on delivery
If you choose to pay cash on delivery you will pay the delivery cash to the shipper. The shipment of the product occurs after your order.
EU-Standard Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will remit the total amount in advance. After your order you will receive our IBAN and BIC. The shipment of the product occurs the day after we received your payment.
Paypal
If you choose to pay by Paypal do not necessarily need to have a Paypal account. The shipment of the product occurs the day after we received your payment.
